Shipping and returns
Free across Canada. Back within 30 days.
We ship every order free, tracked, anywhere in Canada, including the territories. Here's what to expect, and what happens if it isn't right.
Shipping
- Free shipping on every order. No minimum, no surcharge for the territories.
- Orders leave our warehouse within one business day, Monday to Friday.
- Every order is tracked. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
- We deliver to Canadian addresses only, PO boxes included. Not outside Canada yet.
Estimates count business days from the day it ships. Rural addresses can take a day or two longer, and weather sometimes gets in the way in the winter.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund. Used is fine. If your cat walked on it for two weeks and refuses to have anything to do with it, that counts.

Send us a note
Use the contact form with the email you ordered with and what happened. A photo helps if something is wrong with it.

We send a label
For returns within Canada we cover the return shipping and email you a prepaid label.

Box it up
Any box or mailer works. Fold the mat in half if that's easier. Used is fine, as long as it's whole.

We refund you
Within five business days of it arriving, back to the card you paid with.
Arrived damaged, or we sent the wrong thing?
Send us a photo through the contact form and we'll ship a replacement right away. No return needed for that one.
