How it works
Three things happen at the box
01
Your cat steps off the mat
Litter stuck to the paws falls into the honeycomb cells on the way out of the box.
02
The cells hold it
A second layer underneath catches what falls through, so it stays in the mat rather than on the floor.
03
You tip it back
Once a week, lift a corner and pour the collected litter back into the box. Rinse it when it needs it.
Size and material
Two layers, and only one of them shows
The top layer is cut into a honeycomb grid. Litter knocked off a paw falls into those cells instead of sitting on the surface, and a solid second layer underneath keeps it there until you tip it out.
Both layers are EVA foam, the closed-cell material used in yoga mats. It doesn't absorb liquid, it doesn't fray, and it doesn't hold on to a smell the way carpet does.

Washing instructions
A rinse, a shake, and it's done
- 01Shake the mat out over the bin. Most of the litter falls out in one go.
- 02Rinse under a tap or in the tub, lifting one corner so the water runs through the cells.
- 03For a deeper clean, use a little dish soap and a soft brush, then rinse again.
- 04Lay it flat to dry, honeycomb side up. It air-dries in a few hours.
Keep it out of the washing machine and the dryer. Heat warps EVA, and a warped mat won't sit flat on the floor again.

We have tile in the hallway and I was sweeping it twice a day. The mat catches almost all of it now. I shake it out on garbage night and that is the whole job.
Bought the two-pack. One in front of the box, one where the hallway starts. The second one is the one that surprised me, because that is where the litter was actually ending up.
Rinsed it in the tub after a month and it came back looking new. It also stays put, which the last mat we had did not.
Does what it says. I would like a slightly bigger size for a corner box, but the 60 by 45 works fine in front of the entrance.
Two boxes, two mats. The floor around them is finally the same colour as the rest of the floor.
My cat ignored it completely, which is exactly what I wanted. She walks over it and the litter stays behind.
